Arcane Rhythm
Arcane Rhythm is an Epic Scaling / Progress relic, and taking it again adds a stack. Before any codex levels, the X in what it does is 0.5% + 0.125% × (stacks − 1), “stacks” being how many you have. What it builds up resets on Area Clear / Failed, and some of its codex levels hold it longer.
