Every place you can reach, by region: its wild Nexomon and their odds, items, shops and battles.
Every Nexomon: its element, rarity, base stats, evolutions and the skills it learns.
Every main and side quest: who gives it, what it asks and what it pays.
Every shop: who runs it, where, and what it sells for how much.
Every skill: its element, power, cost, effects and who learns it.
Every status effect: what it does each turn, how long it lasts, what causes it and what cures it.
Every trade people offer: what you give, what you get, and where.
