A title is a hero’s own: every Title quest the hero clears raises the title it gives by a level, and other heroes don’t share it. There’s nothing to equip: a title works on that hero as soon as it’s earned. The effect given for each level is the title’s whole effect at that level, not an amount added to the levels before. There are 25 titles to earn; the table gives each one’s effect at its top level and the hero level its first quest needs.
