Any monster of level 1 or higher can drop it. Equipment from a level 1 monster is picked at random from 8 pieces, this one included, each as likely as the others.

Its effects count every hero’s level of it together: with all 6 heroes at level 10, 60 in all, MP + 2.5 becomes MP + 32.5. Disassembled, it gives Mud Bricks, like every Common weapon. Once you’ve had one, you can craft more from the equipment dictionary when the Blacksmith reaches level 20: 5,000 Mud Bricks at first, more as your heroes level it.
