Any monster of level 25 or higher can drop it. Equipment from a level 25 monster is picked at random from 32 pieces, this one included, each as likely as the others.

Its effects count every hero’s level of it together: with all 6 heroes at level 10, 60 in all, MP + 5 becomes MP + 65. Disassembled, it gives Jasper Shards, like every Common jewelry. Once you’ve had one, you can craft more from the equipment dictionary when the Blacksmith reaches level 20: 8,000 Jasper Shards at first, more as your heroes level it.
