Any monster of level 30 or higher can drop it. Equipment from a level 30 monster is picked at random from 38 pieces, this one included, each as likely as the others.

Its effects count every hero’s level of it together: with all 6 heroes at level 10, 60 in all, MP + 10 becomes MP + 130. Disassembled, it gives Limestone Bricks, like every Uncommon weapon. Once you’ve had one, you can craft more from the equipment dictionary when the Blacksmith reaches level 40: 25,500 Limestone Bricks at first, more as your heroes level it.
