Any monster of level 20 or higher can drop it. Equipment from a level 20 monster is picked at random from 26 pieces, this one included, each as likely as the others.

Its effects count every hero’s level of it together: with all 6 heroes at level 10, 60 in all, Light Damage + 10% becomes Light Damage + 25%. Disassembled, it gives Jasper Shards, like every Common jewelry. Once you’ve had one, you can craft more from the equipment dictionary when the Blacksmith reaches level 20: 7,500 Jasper Shards at first, more as your heroes level it.
