Any monster of level 150 or higher can drop it. Equipment from a level 150 monster is picked at random from 91 pieces, this one included, each as likely as the others.

Its effects count every hero’s level of it together: with all 6 heroes at level 10, 60 in all, Physical Damage + 20% becomes Physical Damage + 50%. Disassembled, it gives Limestone Bricks, like every Uncommon weapon. Once you’ve had one, you can craft more from the equipment dictionary when the Blacksmith reaches level 40: 70,500 Limestone Bricks at first, more as your heroes level it.
