Any monster of level 60 or higher can drop it. Equipment from a level 60 monster is picked at random from 54 pieces, this one included, each as likely as the others.

Its effects count every hero’s level of it together: with all 6 heroes at level 10, 60 in all, Fire Damage + 15% becomes Fire Damage + 45%. Disassembled, it gives Opal Shards, like every Uncommon jewelry. Once you’ve had one, you can craft more from the equipment dictionary when the Blacksmith reaches level 40: 37,500 Opal Shards at first, more as your heroes level it.
