Any monster of level 80 or higher can drop it. Equipment from a level 80 monster is picked at random from 63 pieces, this one included, each as likely as the others.

Its effects count every hero’s level of it together: with all 6 heroes at level 10, 60 in all, ATK + 10 becomes ATK + 70. Disassembled, it gives Limestone Bricks, like every Uncommon weapon. Once you’ve had one, you can craft more from the equipment dictionary when the Blacksmith reaches level 40: 45,000 Limestone Bricks at first, more as your heroes level it.
