How to get it
A floor mission picks it from 10 quest items (a 10% chance) and hides it: in Retrieve, it's in a container (a chest, safe, crate, fridge, trash can or security bot); in Destroy and Retrieve, it's inside a crate you have to break open; in Neutralize and Retrieve, an important person carries it and drops it when killed.
