It deals no damage; it gives the target Paralyzed. How effects take hold and wear off is on the Status effects page.

It doesn't deal damage, so it rolls its 35 accuracy like other status skills, without the extra accuracy your Nexomon get on attacks. When it lands, paralysis always follows. The extra chance against a Nexomon at critical HP that its description mentions is only checked for damaging skills, so Psy Field never gets it.
