Vitality Core (II)
It raises the max HP of the Nexomon wearing it by 7% of what its level gives it, and always by at least 1. Some bosses wear much stronger ones that you can't get, for more HP, as each battle's page shows.
A Nexomon wears up to four cores, which you fit from the team menu. Fitting one uses it up from your bag, and cores of the same kind add up.
