Grandmaster Badge
You get it when you beat Nolan, Finn, Riley and the Admin in Guild Entrance and become a Grandmaster, which completes the main quest Grandmaster Promotion. Nothing checks the badge itself.
Becoming a Grandmaster counts toward wild Tyrants: they turn up once you've completed the main quests Grandmaster Promotion and Destroy Vados and then talked to the Admin in Guild Lobby, in Guild Entrance.
