Grouper
You catch Grouper at Polar Bay. It is an Epic fish, so you need a rod of level 7 or higher. It is omnivorous, so any bait works. When a Epic fish takes your bait here, it is Grouper 50% of the time, whichever bait you use.
It has one variant: Ruby Grouper. When Grouper is picked, it takes its place 1% of the time.
In the Aquarium it earns 300 Gold an hour, and its variants earn 600.
Dave can bring it back too, from a dive while your boat is at Polar Bay.
