No map script opens this quest's rewards popup, the only thing that pays a quest out, so the quest itself never hands over the rewards listed here. Each item's page shows where it really comes from.

It's one of four quests, with The Mad Scientist, Deena Is Reborn and Finding Vados, that must all be complete, after a certain point in the story, before the game counts you as ready for the Abyssal realm.
