Resurrect Bolzen
It begins when you reach Tree Interior, in Tree, once you've completed Protect Tikala. No map script pops it up, so it starts quietly and simply appears in your quest log.
It lists no rewards of its own, so finishing it pays nothing but its reputation.

- We should visit Cadium. Bolzen's soul might be trapped there.
- Maybe President Zetta knows something about the tree. Visit his mansion!

- A strange darkness is surrounding Cadium! Let's go back to Zetta's mansion!
- With Ziegler gone, we can finally revive Bolzen! Interact with the tree in Zetta's mansion!
