Capital Downtown
The Parum City warpstone is here. Once it's active, touching it opens the Warpstone Network, where you can travel to any warpstone you've unlocked. The Portable Warpstone opens the same network from your bag.
Someone here lets your Nexomon relearn skills from their skill trees, for coins: 15 for each level the skill is learned at, at least 100 and at most 3,000.
You can shop here at Cooper, Parum City and Claive: their pages have what's for sale and the prices.
