Bronze Badge

The Admin gives it to you the first time you walk into Guild Lobby, in Guild Entrance, as you register with the Tamers' Guild. Nothing checks the badge itself. Registering is what counts.

Until you've registered, a guard on Plains North 1 turns you back, and Tamer 69 in Desert South River and Tamer 72 in Southeast Desert won't battle you.
