Tamer 83 stands in Frozen City and battles you on sight. The map below shows the spot. As a tamer battle, it has no capture option.

Their party

Tamer 83 brings a different party as the story goes on: 2 Nexomon early on, 3 Nexomon in the middle of the story and 4 Nexomon late in the game. The party table below lists them.

The game picks:

• The early party until you complete the main quest Orphanage in Peril, as long as your strongest Nexomon is below level 17.
• The late party after you beat Jin in Magma Grotto Town, in the main quest Tyrant Mulcimer.
• The regular party at any time in between.

Levels

Its Nexomon's levels are rolled when the battle starts, from the story's difficulty, as the Battles page explains.

Rematches

Once you beat Tamer 83, they want a rematch after 900 to 1,200 seconds (15 to 20 minutes) of play, or 480 to 720 seconds (8 to 12 minutes) with the Challenge Badge switched on.
