Its recipe stays hidden until your Sushi Bar has Guppy Soup at level 5, Pacific Fanfish Roll at level 5 and Longfin Batfish Sushi at level 5.
Taking it to level 5 counts toward Hearty Coconut Bay Platter.
It sells for 140 Gold, and 220 Gold at level 5. Each plate the cook prepares earns 35 EXP.

Levels
To level up Herbivore Selection, collect the fish listed for the next level and hand them in for the upgrade. Afterwards, every time you make its recipe, you get the dish at its new level, and it sells for that level’s price. Reaching level 5 takes 298 fish in all and earns your Sushi Bar 18,000 EXP.
