Taking it to level 5 counts toward Cirrusea Oddities.
It sells for 240 Gold, and 320 Gold at level 5. Each plate the cook prepares earns 35 EXP.

Levels
To level up Hand in Hand, collect the fish listed for the next level and hand them in for the upgrade. Afterwards, every time you make its recipe, you get the dish at its new level, and it sells for that level’s price. Reaching level 5 takes 460 fish in all and earns your Sushi Bar 18,000 EXP.
