It sells for 360 Gold, and 480 Gold at level 5. Each plate the cook prepares earns 80 EXP.

To level up Fresh Flavors, collect the fish listed for the next level and hand them in for the upgrade. Afterwards, every time you make its recipe, you get the dish at its new level, and it sells for that level’s price. Reaching level 5 takes 261 fish in all and earns your Sushi Bar 18,000 EXP.
