It plays like Open Range: what sets it apart is the map.

Water covers 99 tiles (103 in the tall layout). You can't build on it, but it's as good as a Water Well: Rusty, Water Bots and animals use whichever water is nearest.

Unlocks, with the other later farms, when you clear all the land on Sandy Desert. Its wasteland comes in 8 plots to clear, 6,000 to 42,000 spare parts each. Like every farm, it's laid out wide (144 × 8 tiles) or tall (14 × 82), chosen when you create it.
