Sonnet
Sonnet will sell decorations for your farm.
Building it opens Sonnet's decorations shop. Decorations cost 
10 to 1,000 spare parts (the berry bushes some biofuel too), and there's no stock to run out of. Sonnet just keeps the shop: cleaning and blinking, never trading on the farm.
Moves to the farm once Rusty has built Sonnet's Shop.
