Echo

Echo will help upgrade robots to make them more efficient.

Without Echo's Workshop, bots can't be upgraded. You pay for an upgrade up front; Echo then walks to the bot and works on it for a minute, and until Echo's done the bot keeps its old level.

Moves to the farm once Rusty has built Echo's Workshop.

With nothing to do, Echo now and then (1 in 4 times) walks over to a resident who's free within 15 tiles for a 30-second chat, never the one last talked to; neither works meanwhile. There are no chats on the crossover farms.
