Bees collect nectar from bushes and flowers to produce biofuel.

Home to Bulblets, the game's winged light bulbs, which pollinate berry bushes within 14 tiles: each visit (6–12 seconds, at most 3 to a bush) brings the bush 5 seconds closer to ripe.

After 16 visits a Bulblet takes its nectar home. At 32 nectar the hive is ready: click it and Forbic, the beekeeper, collects one biofuel per nectar. There's no rush: nectar keeps building while the hive waits, and Forbic collects all of it.
